Terms of Service

1. Account Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password.
• We take appropriate measures to ensure that login credentials are securely stored and protected.

2. Daily Streak

• A daily streak is maintained based on consistent user participation.
• Users must remain active and engaged to continue their streak without interruption.

3. Daily Content Delivery

Users will receive a daily email containing:

• Problem descriptions
• Code explanations

These are designed to help users solve real-world problems effectively.

4. Usage of Content

• Users are encouraged to refer to the daily descriptions and materials for learning and problem-solving purposes.

5. Payment Model

• The service operates on a prepaid basis only.
• Users must recharge their plan in advance to continue using the service.

6. Notifications

• All important updates, including payment reminders and service notifications, will be sent via email.

7. Streak Policy on Non-Renewal

If a user fails to recharge their plan before expiry, their streak will be affected. However, as part of our loyalty policy:

• The streak will be preserved for up to 2 days after plan expiry.
• If the plan is not renewed within this grace period, the streak will be permanently reset.
